Every narrative angle we take to market has been pre-scored against 10,000+ historical campaign patterns. This role owns that dataset — expanding it, cleaning it, and building the analytical frameworks that make our predictions more accurate over time. You will work at the intersection of data science and editorial strategy, translating signal patterns into a competitive intelligence advantage.

Job responsibilities

• Analyse historical campaign performance data across copy structure, hook type, format, and platform
• Build and maintain the pattern library that feeds the virality prediction engine
• Identify statistically significant signals that distinguish breakout coverage from noise
• Work with the engineering team to implement new scoring parameters into the live system
• Produce regular accuracy reports comparing model predictions to real-world placement outcomes
