Distribution Intelligence Lead

About the position

Our distribution network spans five tiers from flagship press to deep community channels — over one billion combined followers across our owned and partner network. This role owns the intelligence layer that makes it precise: understanding which content format performs on which channel, which audience cluster is most receptive at which moment, and how to sequence deployment for compounding reach.

Job responsibilities

• Build and maintain audience profile data across our owned and partner distribution network
• Develop format-matching logic that adapts narrative content per platform and channel type
• Analyse seeding sequence performance and optimise deployment timing across all tiers
• Identify acquisition targets for network expansion — new accounts, new verticals, new platforms
• Produce campaign-level distribution reports tracking reach, engagement, and propagation velocity
