Narrative Simulation Engineer

About the position

Omera's intelligence engine runs hundreds of parallel narrative simulations per campaign — constructing digital
population models from demographic, psychographic, and behavioural data, then testing angle variants against
those models before a single word goes to press. This role sits at the core of that system, owning the
infrastructure that makes predictive narrative intelligence possible at scale.

Job responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi-agent simulation frameworks for narrative propagation modelling
• Build and refine population twin datasets from real-world demographic and social graph data
• Develop the scoring and ranking pipeline that surfaces high-virality narrative angles
• Collaborate with the strategy team to translate simulation outputs into actionable campaign briefs
• Monitor model accuracy against real-world campaign outcomes and retrain accordingly
